What is a Chakra?
There are seven main energy centers of your body called Chakras starting from the base of your spine through the top of your head with each chakra associated with a color of the rainbow.
Chakras play an important role in our overall energetic glo signally our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When chakras are open you feel balanced, when they are closed, you can feel off-balance or out of sync.

The 7 chakras
"I am"
The Root Chakra is the first chakra located at the base of the spine. It is the chakra of the physical body, stability and a feeling of being centered.
"I Feel"
The Sacral Chakra is the second chakra located just below the navel. It is the chakra of creativity, sexuality and emotions.
"I Do"
The Solar Plexus Chakra is the third chakra located in the stomach or upper abdomen. It is the chakra of personal power, identity, self-esteem and inner strength.
"I Love"
The Heart Chakra is the fourth chakra located at the center of the chest. It is the chakra of love, healing, trust, compassion & balance.
"I Speak"
The Throat Chakra is the fifth chakra located in the throat area. It is the chakra of communication and self-expression.
"I See"
The Third Eye Chakra is the sixth chakra located in the center of the forehead, between the eyebrows. It is the chakra of intuition and perception.
"I Understand"
The Crown Chakra is the seventh chakra located at the top of the head. It is the chakra of higher consciousness and spiritual connection.
